Venus is decapitated, missing arms and sometimes legs. Not always and not a problem, Venus continues to be free, even in her prisons.
NINFEAS series ( WATERLILIES ) is a part of a wider project called MARMOL ( MARBLE ).
The Waterlilies are an aquatic plant of the family Nymphaeaceae. They've beautiful brilliant marble colors, and big round leafs almost sculpture. Like this are my bodies, perfects as women bodies are. Full of vibrant lights they float suspended in a universe of they're own.
So NINFEAS retract the nude without taboo traces of an eroticism planned, in their phantasmagorical and untouchable appearance, they are allegory to the body femininity like end to if same.

Analogical B&W serie, printed on Fine Art paper 100% cotton on alluminium.
Second copies printed directly on aluminium.
